Balloon Care & Quality Guarantee
At Balloons D’Lux, we take pride in using high-quality, professional-grade materials and ensuring every design meets our standards of excellence. Your balloons are covered by our quality guarantee while they are in our care, including transportation and installation. If any balloons pop, become damaged, or deflate while being transported or installed by our team, we will replace them at no additional cost.
Once your balloons have been delivered, installed, or picked up and are no longer in our care, Balloons D’Lux cannot guarantee their lifespan or be held responsible for damage, popping, or deflation. Balloons are sensitive to environmental conditions, and their longevity can be affected by temperature, weather, direct sunlight, heat, pets, children, sharp objects, foliage, and the conditions in which they are transported or displayed.
With proper care, indoor balloon garlands may last a month or longer; however, this is an estimate, not a guarantee. To help extend the life of your balloons, keep them indoors and away from direct sunlight, heat sources, sharp objects, and other potential hazards.
Our commitment is to deliver a quality product and stand behind our work for as long as your balloons are in our care. Once they are in your hands, proper handling and environmental conditions play an important role in maintaining their appearance and longevity.

Responsible Use of Helium Balloons
Balloons D'Lux is dedicated to promoting responsible balloon practices to protect the environment. We advocate for communities to adopt a stance against the release of balloons into the outdoor environment.
Our recommendations include:

- Properly dispose of broken or deflated balloons to minimize environmental impact.
